|Jonathan Drew is a former NAEA national award winner for his legal lettings knowledge. He set up the company 15 years ago and has developed an ethos in his staff of always going the extra mile. Jonathan is a licensed member of ARLA. Jonathan Drew also holds the CRLM letting specialist qualification which requires continuous professional development and keeping right up to date with practical lettings matters and legislation.|

|Our fees are competitive, we carry out the service we say we will. As we are independent our fees are not controlled by share holders and we are able to offer fees based on the property to let, the service required and the needs of the Landlord.||We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and must follow their code of practice which includes an independent complaints redress system.
